Novara works as a mobile appointment service under Star Group Collective Limited, trading as Star Wellness, with employed and independent practitioners only working within their own training, insurance and procedure scope. Everyone is expected to follow shared standards for client screening, hygiene, record keeping and incident reporting.

Jake is the owner and Managing Director of Novara. He is currently undergoing clinical training and leads the service with a strong focus on governance, calm client care and clear scope of practice.
